Bookings & Payments

Confirmation: Bookings are officially confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Deposit: To secure your date, a non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking as follows:
Portrait Sessions: £50 deposit (or full balance if total package is under £50)
Event Photography: £100 deposit
Weddings: £250 deposit

Confirmation: Bookings are officially confirmed only once the required non-refundable deposit has been received and cleared.

Final Balance:
Portraits & Events: The remaining balance is due in full on or before the day of your session.
Weddings: The remaining balance is due in full no later than 14 days prior to the wedding date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard Sessions: Minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made within this window will result in the loss of the deposit.

Large Events: A minimum of 14 days notice is required to reschedule or cancel without forfeiting your deposit.

Weddings: A minimum of 30 days notice is required to reschedule or cancel without forfeiting your deposit.

Late cancellations: Cancelations or rescheduling requests made within these respective notice windows will result in the loss of the deposit.

Deposit transfer: If sufficient notice is given, your deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled date within 6 months.
Delivery & Post-Processing

Turnaround: Final assets are delivered within 2-3 weeks via secure, password-protected online client gallery.

Editing: All packages include meticulous post-processing and professional colour grading.

RAW Files: RAW and unedited files are safely archived and remain sole property of the photographer. RAW files are not included, delivered or available for viewing under any circumstances.
Copyright & Usage Rights

Client Usage: Full personal usage and printing rights are granted upon delivery. Images may not be re-edited, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Copyright: The photographer retains full legal copyright to all images created.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Sever Weather: If severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds) prevents an outdoor shoot, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date at no extra cost, and your deposit will transfer.

Minor Weather: Overcast skies, cold temperatures, or light drizzle do not qualify as sever weather. Standard cancellation terms apply if you choose not to proceed.

Fixed Events: For weddings and fixed events, coverage will adapt using indoor to sheltered outdoor locations.
Photographer Incapacity & Liability

Emergencies: In the unlikely even of severe illness, injury, or emergency preventing coverage: Reasonable efforts will be made to secure a qualified associate photographer of similar style. If a replacement cannot be found or agreed upon, all monies paid to date (including the deposit) will be refunded in full.

Liability: The total refund of all fees paid constitutes the maximum financial liability of the photographer.
